- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients, and collaborate with colleagues.
