- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues promptly to avoid transfers.
- Matches clients’ products with customers’ needs.
- Uses negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares relevant information with internal and external parties.
