Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections and Telco account. Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact without transferring.
- Matches customer needs with company products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to handle objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares information with clients and colleagues effectively.
