Available Accounts: Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matching customers’ demands to clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing settlement skills to overcome objections.
- Communicating specific information to clients and colleagues.
