Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Address participant questions to ensure full understanding
What are we looking for?
- Open to all college graduates, no experience required
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience eligible
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience preferred but not necessary
- On-site work within 25km to 35km radius
