Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues promptly to avoid call transfers.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products/services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients effectively.
