Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is thrilled to announce an open position for an Encoder (Non-Voice/Voice). We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php30,00.00, along with a 13th Month Pay and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits for you and up to three dependents starting from Day One.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and faxes.
Requirements:
- Open to college graduates; high school graduates with prior BPO experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite within a 25km to 35km radius.
