Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our dynamic team as an Encoder. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact wherever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to gain customer trust.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients actively.
What We Offer: Competitive salary (Php20,00 – Php30,00), health insurance, and 13th Month Pay.
Full-time, Permanent position. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Weekends off!
