Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team. As an Encoder, you will:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Resolve customer issues on first contact without transferring calls
- Match customers’ needs with our products and services
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Share information with clients and colleagues
