Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates for our Encoder position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to resolve concerns.
- Address customer issues promptly, aiming for resolution during the first contact.
- Match customer demands with our products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
