Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking motivated candidates to join our team as an Encoder.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with our products, solutions, and services.
