Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Encoders.
As an Encoder, your key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers via phone and written correspondence to resolve inquiries.
- Addressing customer issues effectively on the first contact.
- Aligning customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing influencing skills to navigate objections and secure customer commitment.
- Communicating important information to both internal and external clients.
