Job Description
TeleCaldwell Communications is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Encoders. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns and provide solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with appropriate products and services.
- Influence customer decisions to ensure satisfaction.
- Share insights with colleagues and clients effectively.
