Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is actively seeking motivated encoders to become part of our expanding team. As an encoder, your key duties will involve addressing client inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
We encourage applications from recent graduates as well as seasoned BPO professionals, particularly those with strong English communication skills. All candidates must be available to work onsite and reside within a commuting distance of 25km to 35km.
