Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time, permanent Encoder position. Your primary responsibilities will involve answering phone calls, assisting clients with their inquiries, checking mail and internet communications, and maintaining effective communication with customers.
We invite applications from college graduates with no prior experience, high school graduates with BPO background, and individuals with strong English communication skills. Candidates must be available to work on-site and live within a 25km to 35km radius.
