Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputs customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compiles, verifies accuracy, and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities if possible, and checks output
- Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations, and performs backup operations
- Scans documents and prints files when needed
- Keeps information confidential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or any related course
- At least 6 months of work experience handling Sales Force Automation (SFA) and/or Microsoft NAV
- Easily adapts to any software system, familiar with the latest updates on software and hardware
- Detail-oriented
