Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a strong mortgage banking background? Join Optimum Source Inc. as an Encompass Administrator and leverage your technical skills, mortgage compliance experience, and Encompass expertise!
What You’ll Do:
- Support branch originators, processors, operations, and consumers.
- Troubleshoot Encompass and third-party application issues.
- Communicate effectively without language barriers.
- Manage user accounts and setups.
- Collaboration with vendors on issue resolution.
- Assist during EST time zone after training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mortgage banking experience.
- Encompass 360 expertise required.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00/month
