Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled End User Functional Support professional to join our team. As the End User Functional Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of systems and applications.
Your duties will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and training end-users on new technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
