Job Description
As an End User Support Technician at Alorica, you will be responsible for various tasks including setting up and moving workstations, repairing PCs, imaging PCs, troubleshooting printer problems, and network connectivity issues.
- Install software, system software, hardware, and cabling as requested.
- Provide technical assistance, conduct computer diagnostics, and manage licensing assets.
- Offer first-level hardware, software, and network support to users while assisting with data backups, inventory maintenance, and facilities support.
Requirements: Proficient computer skills, ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to flexible schedules.
