Job Description
Alorica is seeking a skilled End User Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and relocating workstations, troubleshooting PC issues, and resolving printer and network concerns. You will also install software, conduct diagnostics, and manage licensing. Your primary duties will include providing first-level support, addressing IT help tickets, and maintaining an organized inventory of computer parts.
