Job Description
Job Description:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose desktop operating systems
- Troubleshoot desktop connectivity issues
- Install and support applications
- Install and support printers
- Client VPN installation and support
- O365 Administration Support
- Administer and resolve desktop antimalware issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory users
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Service Desk experience or related
- Active Directory and M365 support knowledge
- Willing to work night shifts (Eastern Time)
- Full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig City (Monday – Friday)
Salary: Up to Php45,00.00 per month
