Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an End User Support specialist. As part of our IT department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s computer systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on software and hardware-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system and application problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Train end users on the proper use of computer systems and applications.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computer systems and peripheral devices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing end user support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software applications.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
