– Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues (via email) for teachers, schools, and parents using Seesaw
– Identify and escalate software challenges to the team lead
– Master our product to become a Seesaw expert
Qualifications:
– Salary: PHP 25,00-30,00 (Experience-dependent)
– Minimum Senior High School graduate
– Proficient in Spanish and English
– Empathetic with excellent communication skills
