Job Description
Delegate to Elevate: Fulfilling Roles
- Assisting Consultants with new client onboarding tasks
- Processing client enrollment transactions via carrier web portal
- Compiling benefit enrollment information & sending to carriers
- Auditing client enrollment data for accuracy
- Assisting with reporting for Data Operations
- Developing processes for client service improvement
- Building relationships with industry partners
Skills Wanted: Join the Dream Team
Personal Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 1-2 years in benefits consulting or healthcare
Nice to Have:
- Data analysis or Excel certification
- Knowledge of benefits admin or HRIS systems
