Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and growing business opportunities within assigned accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research
Successful candidates should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales. Prior experience in account management in the technology industry is preferred.
