Job Description

Role Description:
Join UST Global as an Enterprise Solutions Lead, where you will:
- Support configuration and lead deployment projects involving Workday Benefits.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for Workday Benefits integration.
- Define and build Benefit plans aligned with client’s objectives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Workday experience, 2+ years focused on Benefits functionality.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday benefits certification preferred, not required.
