Responsibilities:
- Support configuration and lead ongoing deployment projects involving Workday Benefits and related functionality
- Provide recommendations and best practices for deploying Benefits functionality in Workday, including guidance on working with various benefit providers integrating into Workday
- Define, guide, and build Benefit plans and processes, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Workday experience with 2+ years recent experience in HCM, focusing on Benefits functionality
- Sound understanding of leading Workday benefit process, configuration, and operational frameworks
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations
- Workday Core HCM and Benefits certification preferred
