Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Support Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of support specialists in delivering exceptional customer service to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and implement support strategies to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients
  • Create, review, and enhance support processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer support management role, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and support tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
