Job Description
Sapient is urgently hiring onsite, full-time Call Center Agents for our North Metro Manila site. Agents will resolve customer inquiries, update records, escalate issues as needed, and adhere to company policies. Fresh graduates are welcome; paid training is provided.
We offer competitive pay (PHP 17,00–25,00), fixed weekends off, monthly commissions, pioneer/non-voice accounts, HMO covering two dependents from day one, paid leaves, overtime and holiday pay, 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, signing bonuses, incentives, free coffee and biscuits, sponsored company events, and accelerated growth opportunities for top performers.
