Job Description
SapientBPO Valenzuela is urgently seeking on-site Entry-Level Customer Support Representatives to handle customer inquiries, update records, escalate issues appropriately, and adhere to company policies while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Location: Valenzuela (on-site); full-time; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Account types: non-voice and simple voice accounts; immediate hiring.
- Compensation & benefits: PHP 17,00–25,00 base, monthly commissions, HMO covering 2 dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT & holiday pay, 13th month, and retirement/life insurance for qualified staff.
