Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to our Client’s products and services.
- Use influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share critical information with internal and external clients.
