Job Description
In this role, you will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting users with device setups, and collaborating with the IT Asset team on hardware selection.
A college degree in IT or related fields is required. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of OS, hardware, and software applications, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of up to Php14,00.00, including benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
