Job Description

Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Entry-Level Online Gaming Support Agent. Candidates must possess good English communication skills and be eager to start immediately. We welcome applications from high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.

Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to our gaming products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month.

Benefits include health insurance, additional leave, and paid training. The working schedule involves 8-hour rotational shifts.
