Job Description
Systemantech is seeking an Entry Level Service Desk Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing tickets, troubleshooting basic issues, and monitoring service desk tickets to prevent SLA violations. Duties include assisting with login problems, printer connections, and setting up new desktops/laptops with essential software.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php19,00, along with health and life insurance benefits. Applicants must have at least 1 year of service desk experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with ticketing systems (SDP/SNOW) is preferred.
