Job Description
Knowledge
· Understanding of inspection processes and environmental aspects in construction projects, including environment monitoring and pollution control.
Technical Skills
· Proficient in implementing Environmental Management Plans effectively.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience
· Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental Management within government construction and industrial sectors.
· Must be willing to reside in Davao City.
Education/Licenses
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering or Equivalent.
Preferences
· Familiarity with regulatory agencies like DENR, DOLE, LGUs, and DPWH standards.
· Familiarity with permit requirements.
