Job Description
Job type: Full Time
Reports to: Container Yard Supervisors, EQC Assistant Manager, Business Development and Operations Manager
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with at least 1 year CY Operations experience
- Computer Literate with good communication skills
- Honest, Trustworthy and Flexible for shifting schedules
- Willing to be assigned in Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checks/ Edits the information in the system
- Estimates / Inputs in the system the amount of container damages
- Submits estimates and photos of container with major damages to client prior to repair
- Prepares list of approved damaged containers and submits to the Foreman for repair.
- Follow-up status of major damaged containers for approval to clients
- Submit reports of MnR activity to Operations Manager through email
- Prepares and submit daily inventory report of clients.
- Attends to clients’ requirement and query.
- Assist EQC Associate (System Reporting) in filing, transferring and disposal of all EQC & Systems/IT Documents
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
