Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the storage, handling, monitoring and safekeeping of all laboratory, hospital, and medical equipment and devices, equipment accessories, and peripherals.
- Conduct routine inventory of all laboratory, hospital, and medical equipment and devices and establish ordering points to prevent out of stock.
- Coordinate with the logistics department and third party trucking service on the delivery, pull out, pick up, loading and unloading of laboratory, hospital, and medical equipment and devices.
- Responsible for the processing of equipment stock transfer to any office branches.
- Secure warranty and acceptance certificate on every equipment sold.
- Monitor the warranty period of every purchased equipment from the supplier.
- Responsible for encoding received equipment from the supplier.
- Coordinate with the Importation Department on the arrival of ordered equipment and accessories.
- Responsible for machine allocation based on Sales Order.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
