Job Description
Job Description:
- Oversee both employee engagement and discipline processes
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary issues, track non-compliance, and issue corrective actions.
- Plan and execute year-round company events and activities.
- Conduct counseling to employees.
- Consistently implement scheduled events and activities.
- Other tasks as required by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management/Development, Psychology, Political Science, Legal Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations and Events Management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
