BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Officer to support the Employee Relations Head in addressing labor relations issues and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Department of Labor (DOLE) regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee disciplinary cases, updating HR policies, coordinating DOLE inspections, and ensuring adherence to Risk Management requirements.
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of relevant HR experience and possess a strong understanding of labor laws. This position requires on-site work at our Ortigas office.
