Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERIC Implementation Specialist to join our team for a hybrid work arrangement. As an ERIC Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting our ERIC (Employee Resource and Information Center) system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define system configurations.
- Customizing, configuring, and testing the ERIC system to meet the needs of our organization.
- Training end-users on how to effectively use the ERIC system.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the ERIC system.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in implementing and supporting HR systems, preferably ERIC.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with system configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
