Job Description
A ERP Encoder is responsible for updating the System database, ensuring correct and accurate information, checking inventory balances, and preparing regular reports related to the system.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparing and sorting data for ERP entry
- Reviewing data for accuracy before entering it in the ERP system
- Entering data from various sources like GRN, In transit materials, FGs, Materials Request Issuance
- Ensuring balance of Inventory System vs Actual records
- Ensuring real-time posting and no backlogs within 24 hours
- Generating ERP System Reports
- Maintaining data system accuracy and completing backups
- Reporting any issues encountered during encoding
Qualifications:
- Graduate in a related course or Vocational Courses
- 1-2 years experience in ERP System/SAP System
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word)
