Job Description
- B2+ English level written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proactive and forward-thinking attitude with creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in Workday implementation, configuration, or support.
- Proficiency in ERP systems customization and configuration.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and self-manage.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and collaborate effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Business Intelligence knowledge and experience (desirable).
