Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized ESA Administrator to join our team. The ESA Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESA) including enrollment, data maintenance, and communication with employees.
The ideal candidate should have a background in HR or finance, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with ESA administration and a good understanding of stock options would be a plus.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company’s benefit programs.
