Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Escalation Manager to join our team. As an Escalation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and resolving customer issues that have been escalated to a higher level.
Your main duties include managing a team of customer service representatives, implementing escalation procedures, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
