Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escalation Specialist to manage high-priority customer incidents, triage problems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis. You will act as the primary contact for critical cases, maintain clear stakeholder communication, enforce SLAs, and record all actions in ticketing systems.
- Responsibilities: lead incident response, coordinate engineering and product teams, drive RCA, and maintain documentation.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in technical or customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with incident management tools, and proven ability to perform under pressure.
