Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Escalations Manager who holds a FINRA License Series 24 or Series 9 & 10 registration. As an Escalations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing escalated customer issues, providing resolution, and ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations.
