Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Support customer success and address inquiries on financial products.
- Resolve problems, provide top-notch service, and escalate complex issues.
- Perform research, coach new hires, and interact with experienced reps.
- Work on shifting schedule and on-site as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 2nd year college completed
- 6+ months in customer service
- Willingness to work on shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 per month
