Job Description
As an Escalations Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively in a non-voice environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
Your main tasks will include investigating complaints, analyzing situations, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are key for this role.
