Job Description
As an ESRG Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise security risk and governance activities within our organization. Your primary focus will be on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential security risks that may impact our business operations.
You will work closely with various teams across the organization to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with security standards, and ensuring the effectiveness of security controls.
In addition, you will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the organization’s security objectives are met. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance with applicable security regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in enterprise security risk management, with a thorough understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
