Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is looking for an organized and proactive Estate Admin Assistant to aid in the comprehensive management of estates and subdivisions. Key responsibilities include conducting orientations for new residents, addressing homeowner inquiries, coordinating with service providers, monitoring maintenance activities, and overseeing community events. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous. This is a full-time position located in Cavite.
